What is Audit Base?
Audit Base turns a site walk into a finished report. Log each issue as you find it with a photo, a priority and a status. Mark the photo up with arrows, shapes or text so the problem is obvious to whoever reads it.
When you finish, it builds a PDF report with a cover page and every issue laid out with its photos. Sign it in the app before you send it. There are seven report themes to choose from, and the data also exports as CSV.
It works offline and keeps everything on your device, so there's no account to set up and nothing is stored on our servers. The free version suits small jobs. A one-time Pro upgrade removes the limits.

Pricing
Audit Base is free to start, with room for two projects of two issues each and one photo per issue. Pro is a one-time upgrade, not a subscription: NZ$19.99 on the App Store and NZ$22.99 on Google Play in New Zealand, or the local equivalent in your store. There are no ads in either version.

Can I create inspection reports on my phone with Audit Base?
Yes. Log each issue with a photo, priority and status as you walk the site, then export a PDF report with a cover page and every issue laid out with its photos. You can sign the report in the app before you send it.
Does Audit Base work offline?
Yes. Audit Base has no server and doesn't need an internet connection. You can capture issues, take photos and export the PDF on a site with no signal.
Can I add photos to an audit report and mark them up?
Yes. Take a photo or pick one from your library, then draw arrows, circles, rectangles, lines, freehand marks or text on it. The free version allows one photo per issue, and Pro allows up to six.
Can I sign the audit report?
Yes. Draw your signature in the app and it's added to the PDF along with your name and company details, so the report carries your sign-off.
Where is my audit data stored?
On your device only. Audit Base has no account or cloud backend, and Studio Phoenix can't see your projects. The App Store and Google Play listings both state that no data is collected. To move projects to another phone, export them as CSV and import them there. Photos stay on the original device.
Is there a subscription?
No. Audit Base is free to start, and Pro is a single one-time purchase that removes the project, issue and photo limits and unlocks the premium report themes.
What languages does Audit Base support?
English, French, Spanish and German. You choose a language when you first open the app and can change it later in Settings.
