What is Invoice Studio?
Invoice Studio makes invoices and quotes on your phone and sends them as PDFs. Pick a template, add the client and line items, then share it by email or straight into WhatsApp.
A quote becomes an invoice in one tap, so nothing gets typed twice. Tax works the way your business does: label it GST, VAT or sales tax, add your rate and tax number, and choose tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive prices.
There's no account to create. Everything is stored on your device and works offline, and Studio Phoenix never sees your invoices. Export to CSV whenever you want a backup or a copy for your accountant.

Free for up to 5 invoices and quotes with the Standard template. Pro is a one-time NZ$9.99 upgrade on the New Zealand App Store (other stores and regions show their local price). It isn't a subscription, and there are no ads in either version.
Questions about Invoice Studio
Is Invoice Studio free?
Yes, to start. You can create up to 5 invoices or quotes for free and share them as PDFs with the Standard template. Pro is a one-time NZ$9.99 upgrade that unlocks unlimited documents, all six templates, your logo and brand colours, and photo attachments.
Can I make a GST invoice on my phone?
Yes. Turn tax on in Tax settings, set your rate (15% for GST in New Zealand) and add your GST number, which prints on every PDF. Choose whether your prices include or exclude tax. The label is yours to change, so the same settings work for VAT or sales tax.
Can I turn a quote into an invoice?
Yes. Open the quote, switch the document type to Invoice and save. The client, line items and tax carry across, so there's nothing to re-enter.
Does Invoice Studio work offline?
Yes. You can create, edit and export invoices without a connection. You only need signal when you send the PDF by email or message.
Do I need an account, and where is my data stored?
You don't need an account. Invoices, clients and settings are stored only on your device, and Studio Phoenix can't see them. The App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected". To back up or move to a new phone, export everything to CSV and import it again.
Is there a subscription?
No. Pro is a single purchase that stays unlocked, and you can restore it if you reinstall the app on the same store account.
Which languages and currencies does it support?
The app is available in English, Spanish, German, French and Brazilian Portuguese. You can invoice in any major world currency and show it as a symbol or a currency code.
