The problem
Habit tracking apps have an awkward lifecycle. The first week is great. You set up twelve habits and tick them all off.
By week three it feels like homework. By month three it's uninstalled.
Most habit trackers are built for the setup rather than the check-in. They're satisfying to configure and tedious to use every day.
What we built instead
Habit Spark is a habit tracking app for iOS and Android. You check habits off each day and can track quantities like pages read or glasses of water.

We made the daily check-in fast enough that you'd actually do it. If it takes more than a few seconds, it won't survive the third month.
Everything else is built around keeping that check-in alive over time.
- Streaks and milestones that build momentum without guilt-tripping a missed day
- Heatmaps and analytics that show patterns across weeks and months, not just today
- Labels and categories so a list of twenty habits stays navigable
- 48 icons across seven categories, so you recognise a habit at a glance rather than reading it
- Back-dating, because forgetting to log yesterday shouldn't break a streak

Beyond the daily tick
Sometimes the goal isn't daily. Read 20 books this year. Run 100km this month. Habit Spark handles goals and challenges alongside daily habits, with shareable progress cards when you hit a milestone. Accountability is easier when it's visible.
It also has six themes, reminders per habit, voice dictation, and full CSV import and export.

Who it's for
Anyone who has downloaded a habit tracker, used it enthusiastically for a fortnight, and then quietly deleted it.
Habit Spark is a fast check-in that stays useful after the novelty wears off.
