Flowsign is live
Flowsign, our document signing platform, launched at the beginning of October 2026. It's open to anyone in New Zealand, with a free plan to start on.
Most teams here sign on tools built and priced for overseas markets, with support that's from a US-based company. We wanted one built here, with support close to home.

How it works
- Prepare the document. Upload a PDF or Office file, or start from a template, and place signature, date and text fields where you need them.
- Add recipients and send. Choose who signs and in what order. Each person gets a branded link and signs on any device, without installing an app or creating an account.
- Everyone gets the signed copy. The sealed, timestamped PDF goes to every party with a certificate of completion.

Built for the agreements that carry risk
Employment agreements and board approvals need proof of who agreed to what, and when.
Every view, signature and email is written to an audit trail that can't be edited after the fact. The finished PDF is sealed and tamper-evident.
- Workflows that route themselves, in order, all at once, or by the answers given
- Templates and bulk send, so one agreement can go to a whole team in a single pass
- Documents that fill themselves, with text that updates as answers come in
- Live tracking of every package and every signer

Fits the systems you already run
Flowsign has a REST API and webhooks, and works with Zapier, Make, n8n and Power Automate. Teams can sign in with Google, Microsoft or SAML single sign-on, with SCIM provisioning for larger organisations.
There's also a docs MCP server and an llms.txt file, so AI tools like Claude and Cursor can read the docs and help you build against the API.
Built for the sole trader sending one contract and the company sending thousands.
